RETURN POLICY:

1.            All products purchased from Truss and Associates are non-refundable.  Any shipping damages and/or shortages must be reported to Truss and Associates within 2 days of receiving the shipment.

2.            All sales are final. We will NOT refund or exchange any products.  Receivers carry a 1 or 2-year manufacturer's warranty, depending on the manufacturer.  If you believe you have a defective unit, please contact the manufacturer directly.  They are responible for  repairing or replacing  units that are mechanically defective during the warranty period. 

3.            Flashing the receiver with firmware other than the official factory firmware will void the manufacturer's warranty.

4.            A receiver is considered defective if and only if the firmware  has not been changed.

5.            We DO NOT condone the use of these receivers or any satellite equipment for illegal purposes.

6.            We are  not responsible for any  illegal  use of FTA satellite receivers. 

7.            If you cancel an order before it is shipped, you will be charged a 4 per cent unrecoverable merchant credit card processing fee.
