Truss and Associates is a family owned and operated company that has been involved in the satellite industry since 1996.  We currently sell a full range of free-to-air satellite receivers and related equipment through our website and in our Ft. Lauderdale, FL  store.  Our friendly, professional service and competitive pricing have earned us a loyal group of customers around the United States and throughout the Caribbean.       

We are authorized dealers for  the receivers we stock. 

BUSINESS LOCATION

We are no longer located in the  store on Dixie Hwy.  We are  moving to a store in Plantation near the Broward Mall.    During the moving process you can  purchase satellite receivers and equipment by calling us to place an order for  pickup or delivery.    Our numbers are still 954.938.5119 and  866.539.5119.   

SHIPPING

Free shipping  in the Continental US.  We normally ship by UPS due to their reliability, security and excellent online tracking tools.  Standard shipping is by UPS Ground.  Customers who need faster shipping can call us to upgrade and pay the difference.    We also offer free delivery to most areas of Ft. Lauderdale & Miami, including delivery to freight forwarders.

We strive for same-day shipping and orders placed by 3:00 pm EST will normally go out that afternoon.    Orders received after 3:00 EST on Friday may be shipped the following Monday, since UPS does not pick up on Saturdays.     

Your UPS tracking number will be sent by UPS to your email at the end of the shipping day  when we close out the UPS system.    The email will state UPS or Quantum View Notify (the name of the UPS software system.)  If you don't see the email in your Inbox,  check your Spam, since some email systems regard the message as Spam.  If you still cannot find the message, you can email or call us the following day at 866-539-5119.  Please check your email before contacting us.
